Paper concerned on the deploying an overlay network for the Mobile Ad hoc Network architecture for P2P network extreme emergency cases services. Structured overlay Network, build over Bamboo (modification of Pastry), for MANET was proposed.

Structured Overlay Network Bamboo is known as the most stable to churn.

Common Group Aliasing was implemented, in order to provide creating an intimate relationship between the overlay network and the underlying physical network topologies.

Current implementation (CGA) has a potential to provide reliable data routing and less overhead. Actually CGA using OLSR could provide a reliable and efficient method to implement a DHT.
